Boksen Hoorn – Over A.B.O.V.
Boksschool A.B.O.V. is al meer dan 30 jaar een bloeiende vereniging. Destijds gestart in Oosterblokker en al weer meer dan 20 jaar gevestigd in onze eigen sporthal met vaste boksring op de Pinksterbloem 54a in Zwaag (Hoorn).
Waarin onderscheidt A.B.O.V. zich van andere sportscholen?
Allereerst zijn wij een vereniging met leden en geen sportschool met klanten. In tegenstelling tot commerciële sportscholen heeft ABOV geen winstoogmerk en hebben we onze focus maar op één sport: Boksen!
Dat geldt dus ook voor onze trainers, zij zijn allen gediplomeerd en ervaren en brengen tijdens de training hun passie voor de bokssport over op onze leden.
Als enige boksschool in Hoorn en omstreken zijn wij aangesloten bij de Nederlandse Boksbond en bij NOC/NSF.
